Ava's 9 Months Old!

Our little princess is 9 months old! She loves her brother, she loves to feed herself and to try new foods, she does 'so big', says 'dada', 'baba', waves 'bye bye', plays peek-a-boo, climbs the steps, stands up on her own, cruises on furniture, is a great sleeper and is overall just a happy, happy baby. She had her well child check-up today, and she is 18 pounds (35th percentile) and 29 inches long (90th percentile). Other than a cold, she is doing great and growing just like a weed! I had her pictures taken on Friday and thought I'd share some of them. I had a hard time choosing! Enjoy!

SO BIG!!!

Caught! Ava exploring the contents of the tupperware cabinets Eating lunch this afternoon... Miss Messy has decided it's not cool to wear a bib! She only has two teeth (lots of drool, but no signs of any new teeth in the immediate future) and prefers an all milk and table-food diet! Ava wanted a closer look at what was in the basket, so she climbed in!

Ava easily climbs up the step from the family room into the kitchen, and here she is climbing back down into the family room. I thought it was too cute to not share!
