Out of all the states we've lived in (Ohio, Florida, North Carolina, California, Texas)... Texas by far has the craziest weather of all! February is the coldest month for us but also the craziest. On Monday it was 72 degrees and the kids were playing outside and on Friday we had snow and frigid 20 degree weather! Texas is not prepared to handle snow or icy weather and therefore EVERYTHING shuts down. Chaz actually had a snow day! No complaints there ;)
