Respect the Van!

We're in Ohio now for the next ten days and we are happy to be here! The drive was actually enjoyable in the mini-van and the kids did great! Ava's already met Uncle Joey and Aunt Michelle and Great Aunt JoJo is coming over this afternoon. Andrew had a temperature around 102 for a couple days and we took a trip to the pediatric ER to find out he has a virus. We have a busy schedule for the next week and we'll be taking and posting lots of pictures. Enjoy!

Ava's 8 weeks old today!

The medicine the doctor gave us for her reflux seems to be helping, but adding rice cereal to a bottle seems to be helping even more. I was only going to give her two bottles a day with the cereal, but it seems to be making such a big difference that I'm going to do three bottles a day instead. It seems to be a lot of trial and error but seeing her so much more content is definitely worth the effort and work on my part. We're not quite there yet but we're making progress.

Andrew's first trip to the dentist!

We were hopeful that Andrew would let Aunt Ashlie count his teeth but no such luck. The dentist did get a quick peek and said that everything looks alright. Playing basketball with the boys Watching as Daddy, Uncle Joey and Mike wash the cars Andrew decided he wanted to supervise instead of helping wash the cars

  1. I love the chair with the umbrella that Andrew was sitting on, very cute. He really did look like he was supervising! Have a great time while you are gone!
