I kept saying that I was going to start potty training Andrew the first of the year. Well, he surprised me this past week by showing several signs that he was ready to give up the diapers and start going on the potty for good! He's been wearing big boy underpants since New Year's Eve morning and is doing great! No more diapers and no pull-ups! We went shopping today and bought Thomas and Mickey Mouse underpants, as well as some of the cutest little boxer briefs to add to his underpants 'collection'! I'm so proud of our little guy!
Joey had friends over for New Year's Eve and they set up the rock band game for XBOX. At one point, my dad was on drums, Ashlie and I were playing the guitars and Joey was singing! We had a lot of fun! Andrew was too shy to jump in with all of us that night, but he was having a good time watching. The next morning he went straight to the drums. This picture reminds me of the Guitar Hero commercial - if you've seen it, you understand. Andrew likes being a big boy and not wearing a diaper. I had to chase him around the house several times to get pants on him!
