It's hard to believe that we're still in the month of June... we have done so much already this summer!! I'm happy to report that Chaz is back home after a long 6 weeks in North Carolina. The separation is never fun, but the homecomings are always nice!! The kids are thrilled to have their daddy back and they have been busy telling him all the things we've been doing and showing him all the things that have changed around the house! We waited for him to pull our first cucumber from the garden and we ate it last night.... I forgot how good things taste fresh from the garden! I have a picture that I will post soon. My family really helped out over these past 6+weeks that Chaz was gone. Joey came out and babysat so that I could work... the kids LOVED having him here and he was a big help - he did a great job! He's a very cool uncle! We of course went home for almost two weeks for Ashlie's wedding, which was a great time! My dad came back with us and helped us out in countless ways around the house and again with the kids so that I could work. My mom is still in town and will be here all week. She has been a tremendous help with the kids and around the house. I am feeling very spoiled and will be very sad when she leaves this weekend. We have lots of fun things planned for this week (San Antonio, Sea World, Riverwalk, seeing Eclipse when it opens at midnight on Tuesday, pedicures, shopping at the San Marcos outlets, etc). Lots of pictures to follow!
